Fun Things To Do When Drunk: File A False Rape Report

A Washington woman filed a false rape claim against a taxi driver. After investigating and dismissing the charge, Spokane police seek to charge her for filing a false report. On January 11, the accuser reported that a taxi driver dropped her off at her home on the 24000 block of East Spotted Owl Lane. Taxi company records show that the driver was nowhere in that area at the time she claimed she was raped.

Eyewitnesses say the woman was dropped off by a taxi, but not the accused’s. The accuser later admitted that she lied, claiming that she was intoxicated.

Never her fault. Blame it on the a-a-a-a-a-alcohol. Blame it on the vodka. Blame it on the henny. Blame it on the blue top. Got you feeling dizzy. Then you file a false-false-false-false-false rape report.

Berlin Police: She Wasn’t Raped, White Knights. Go Home.

Berlin police rejected a 13-year-old girl’s accusation that she was raped by swarthy foreigners from the “southern countries.” I was curious what a “southern country” is relative to Germany or Russia. It appears to be short hand for Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Greece (thus the reference to swarthiness). The Berlin police also warned internet white knights to settle the hell down, take off their capes, and stop rushing to save hoes.

The girl claimed that three men of the swarthy persuasion kidnapped her from a train station in East Berlin, drove her to an apartment, beat her, and raped her. Subsequent police investigation led the police to the conclusion that no kidnapping, assault, or rape occurred. This has not stopped gynocentric men in Germany and Russia from taking up the lance, mounting their steeds and crying “SAVE OUR WIMMINZ!”

White knights, please go get a hobby. Simping is a bad look, fellas.

Police Inspector Commits Suicide Over False Rape and Blackmail

On Monday, Police Inspector Vijendra Bishnoi shot his former lover, Nikita Chauhan, in a park. Bishnoi then turned the gun on himself. Chauhan died instantly. Bishnoi would be transported to a hospital here he succumbed to his wounds.

Bishnoi left a suicide note, detailing his regret over the affair with Chauhan. He also wrote that Chauhan had extorted him for 1,500,000 rupees (appox. $22,150 USD as of today) and was threatening to file a false rape charge against him unless he paid her more.

I tagged my new bestie, Emily Cassell, for this post because there is a strain of thought traveling through the feminist echo chamber that being falsely accused isn’t “that” bad. Well, here’s an example of it being so bad that a guy decided to eat his gun rather than get put through the judicial wringer. Maybe a false accusation actually is serious business. Just maybe.

Backpage Prostitute Doesn’t Get Paid; Accuses the Client of Rape

Heidi L Glick, 31, of Portland was charged by Lewis County for malicious prosecution after accusing Steven W. Flournoy Jr. of rape. Glick and Flournoy met after Glick advertised sexual services on Backpage.com. One of the conditions of Glick’s bail was that she cease advertising on Backpage.

On January 7, Lewis County prosecutor Sheila Weirth accused Glick of violating that condition. Weirth repeated the charge at a hearing on January 14. Judge James Lawler, on the prosecution recommendation, remanded Glick into custody for violating her bail. The judge raised her bail to $50,000.

Glick first contacted the police on November 7, 2015, claiming that Flournoy raped her. She later changed her statement that he refused to pay her for sex, which she considered to be rape. Flournoy responded by turning over a recording to police in which Glick threatened that she would make a false accusation of rape against him, if he didn’t pay her.

A Reader Responds To Emily Cassell’s “Better A False Accusal Than a Rape”

Emily Cassell’s letter to the editor (“Better a false accusal than a rape,” Jan. 12) proclaims she would consider herself lucky if the gravest danger she ever faced in the world was to be falsely accused of rape. The reality is that being raped is a terrible thing and being falsely accused is similarly awful and life changing.

Being accused of rape triggers devastating immediate and usually irreparable reputational harm. Friends, co-workers, employers and even family view the accused rapist with disdain and suspicion often forever. The false accusation sets into motion a Kafka-esque chain reaction of arrest, astronomically high bail, lawyers fees and the potential imposition of life in prison.

False accusers are rarely prosecuted and they never face prison.

Contrary to Cassell’s blithe glance at the consequences of false rape accusations, it is every man’s worst nightmare to be falsely accused of rape. Our justice system in truth operates with the presumption of guilt. Listen to the click of handcuffs and the clank of the prison cell door. Just ask the wife, mother or father of a loved one how lucky it was to be falsely accused of rape.

I have nothing to add to this. Cops have a saying that goes across municipalities: You might beat the rap, but you won’t beat the ride. For anyone accused of a felony, especially rape, the ride starts when your name and face are plastered across the newspapers and the internet, forever enshrined as that guy who was once accused of rape, even if you are later found innocent, or worse, convicted, and THEN found innocent.
